The end of 2016 is getting close. We have seen many nice font’s during the year and here are some that we really liked.
Maison
Maison Neue is a grotesque sans-serif typeface designed by Timo Gaessner and released through Milieu Grotesque in 2012. It’s a complete reworking of the original Maison, with updates made to take advantage of new display and reproduction technologies.
Montserrat
Montserrat is a geometric sans-serif typeface designed by Argentinian designer Julieta Ulanovsky. The design was inspired by signage from her historical Buenos Aires neighborhood of the same name.
Apercu
Apercu is a grotesque sans-serif typeface released in 2010 by Colophon, an independent type foundry set up by UK-based studio The Entente.
Neuzeit
Neuzeit is a geometric sans-serif typeface designed by German type designer Wilhelm Pischner. It was originally released in 1928 and the design was intended to be timeless with no distinguishing characteristics.
Franklin Gothic
Franklin Gothic is a grotesque sans-serif typeface designed by American type designer Morris Fuller Benton in 1902.
Supria Sans
Supria Sans is a grotesque sans-serif typeface designed by Hannes von Döhren and released through HVD Fonts in 2011. This typeface isn’t encountered nearly as much as Döhren’s other works such as Brandon Grotesque, which is surprising because this type of quirky grotesqueseems to be in favor with designers at the moment.
Pangram Sans
Pangram Sans has over 2800 meticulously crafted glyphs spread though seven gorgeous weights from ExtraLight to Black. Inspired by some of the greatest geometric typefaces this complete font family will surely be your next “go to” font and uplift your designs.
Museo Sans
Museo Sans is a Geometric sans serif designed to fit into any style and fit beautifully. Based on the Museo font, Museo Sans has surpassed its namesake and become a style synonymous with modern, refined styles. Highly legible even at the smallest sizes, Museo Sans is a great font for web or apps, where legibility is even more important.
Folio
Folio is a neo-grotesque sans-serif typeface designed by Konrad Bauer and Walter Baum. It was released in 1957 for the Bauer Type Foundry, the same year that Helvetica and Univers were released.
