9月19日10時半〜19時限定で、車種選択画面で「Phone」をお選びリクエストいただくと、話題のスマートフォンを予約なしにご購入いただける特別会場（港区）まで、Uberがハイヤーで無料送迎いたします。下記にあります「注意事項」を必ずご確認の上、ぜひUberでスマートに話題のスマートフォンをゲットしてください！

＜利用方法＞

  1. Uberアプリを開き、車種選択画面で「Phone」を選択し、ご乗車場所をご指定後、配車依頼をしてください。数分以内にハイヤーがお迎えに上がります。
  2. ご乗車後、話題のスマートフォンを予約なしにご購入いただける特別会場へ、皆様を無料でお連れします。
  3. 特別会場到着後、購入手続きを行っていただきます。必ず、写真付きの身分証明書、印鑑、クレジットカードをお持ちください。手続きには、約1時間のお時間を頂戴いたしますが、混雑状況によってはそれ以上のお時間を要することがございます。
  4. 手続きが完了しましたら終了です！

（注意事項：必ずご確認ください）

  1. ソフトバンクへの新規のご契約、のりかえ(MNP)、または機種変更の中からお選びください。お客様とソフトバンク間のご契約となります。
  2. 話題のスマートフォンの「4.7 インチモデル、64GB、シルバータイプ」または「5.5 インチモデル、64GB、シルバータイプ」のみご購入いただけます。その他の容量また色はご用意しておりませんのでご了承ください。
  3. お越しいただくご本人様名義の契約のみ承ります。（家族等、代理人等であっても承れません） また、機種変更、MNPの場合は、既存の契約がご本人名義である場合のみ受付可能です。
  4. ご契約者様本人以外のご同伴は、１名まででお願いします。（ハイヤーには合計２名までご乗車いただけます） 但し、スマートフォンのご契約は１配車につき１件のみとなり、ご同伴者の方はご契約いただけません。
  5. スマートフォンのご購入手続きは特別会場内にて行います。
  6. MNPの場合は、予め現在ご契約中のキャリアより、MNP予約番号を取得してください。
  7. MNP、機種変更の場合、会場到着後にお待たせしてしまう場合がございます。ご了承ください。
  8. 数量には限りがありますので、在庫がなくなり次第終了とさせていただきます。

without reservation on September 19th

September 19th is the day the world has been waiting for – the highly anticipated smartphone will finally hit stores. But we’ve all heard about how hard it is to get your hands on it on the first day due to high demand. People often have to wait in long lines, and even if you do, there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to get it. Well, Uber has set up the perfect arrangement just for you!

On September 19th from 10:30am until 7:00pm, if you select “Phone” from the car selection menu in the Uber app and hit request, we will escort you free of charge to a special venue (in Minato-ku) where you’ll be able to purchase the phone without reservation. Before requesting, please read the precautions of this campaign carefully.

＜How to request＞

  1. Open the Uber app, choose “Phone” in the car selection menu, place the pin at your desired location and request a car.
  2. Uber will pick you up in an UberBLACK and escort you free of charge to the special venue where you will purchase the phone without reservation.
  3. Upon arrival at the venue, you will proceed to registration and purchasing of the phone. Please bring your photo ID, personal seal, and credit card. We expect it to take approximately one hour to complete the process, although it may take longer depending on how busy it gets.
  4. Once the registration is complete, you’re all set!

(Precautions: please read carefully)

  1. This campaign is applicable for those who want to sign up for a new account on SoftBank, apply for MNP (mobile number portability) from a different carrier or upgrade from an existing SoftBank account. The contract will be between you and SoftBank.
  2. Only the 64GB, 4.7” model in silver and 64GB, 5.5” model in silver will be available. Other types, capacities and colors will not be available.
  3. The signee of the contract must be present (i.e. family members and representatives cannot purchase the phone on his/her behalf). For MNP and upgrades from existing SoftBank accounts, the current subscriber needs to be physically present to complete the process.
  4. Only one additional person can accompany you to the special venue (i.e. a maximum of two people can ride with Uber). But you will be limited to one contract per request, meaning the additional rider will not be eligible to purchase a phone.
  5. All registrations and transactions will take place at the special venue.
  6. Please obtain an MNP reservation number from your current carrier if you would like to apply for MNP.
  7. If you apply for MNP from a different carrier or upgrade from an existing SoftBank account, it may take a little longer to complete the process.
  8. There will be a limited quantity of phones. We expect high demand and will end the service once out of stock.
  9. After you request a car, an Uber staff will call you. Please note that if we are unable to get in touch with you, your request will be cancelled.
  10. Transportation to the special venue on an UberBLACK will be free of charge. Please note that transportation will NOT be provided on the way back after purchasing the phone.
