  立地は、とても良く目の前のビーチもとても綺麗で満足でした。
  建物もきれいで設備も整っているので、生活感があり自分の家で休日を過ごしてるような気持になり、すごく快適に過ごすことができました。
  帰るころには、宿泊者全員お気に入り。
  沖縄旅行の際は、ぜひまた利用したいです！

  まず、目の前のビーチは本当に写真の通りでよかったです！
  今回は8人の開発合宿で利用したのですが、ネットも安定して高速で非常に使いやすくホワイトボードやプロジェクターもあり重宝しました。疲れたときはベランダに出て景色を見たり歩いて30秒できれいな海なので、きちんとメリハリをつけて集中して合宿を行うことができました :)
  BBQセットもあって夕方のテラスでのBBQも最高でした。

  まわりにはコンビニも近く、食事をするところもあるので全体的にとても満足です。家族連れや旅行での利用ももちろんですが、会社等での開発合宿の場所としてもとても魅力的な場所ですよ！

  思ったより凄く大変奇麗な所なのに
  家のような心地がいいところでした。
  洗濯機もありますし汚れた服すぐ奇麗に洗えます。
  いる間に台風が来て大変だったけど
  調理のものなんでもあって、
  とっても助かった。
  皆また行きたいと次の旅行を期待しています。
  また今度もよりしく！

  今回で3回目でしたがまたまた大満足です。朝はMTG、昼は目の前のビーチでランニング&日焼け、夜はテラスでBBQ。こんな環境は他にはない！って一緒に行ったメンバーも大絶賛です。ネット環境も完璧なのでネットもサクサク動きます。近くには美味しい沖縄料理もあるので◎

  We found a very clean and functional home. A lot of equipment was available for use with the necessary products to clean or wash the clothes. Snorkeling equipment was appreciated.

  Awesome. We stayed at the house for 2 nights. Great location and Kaoru San is very helpful and provided a detailed access information so that you can find the house easily. The house is exactly right on the beach.

  We enjoyed the panoramic view of the sea from the balcony. It's very comfortable and we had a relaxing and enjoyable vacation at this time. We're definitely recommend this house to everyone.

  Kaoru helped us out with our last-minute accommodation request. Although we didn't get to meet him, communication was very professional and check-in and check-out were very easy.

  The space is definitely relaxing and spacious, with excellent, top-notch amenities to go with. The bed is most certainly every bit as comfy as is described. Upon arrival, the space was just a tad dusty and we did come across a big toenail on the carpet, which was a bit off-putting. We would have given the place a quick vacuum, but the big vacuum was out of commission unfortunately. Given our extremely short notice reservation request, I can't really count this against the place, as there might not have been enough time to give the space a thorough cleaning.

  Regardless, the apartment is in a wonderfully convenient and upscale location in Tokyo, with easy access to the whole city. Also, Kaoru has two bicycles that we were free to use, and we greatly enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  Excellent location for this flat in the heart of Ginza. Easy to find as per detailed instructions left by the host. This place is close to Higashi-Ginza (exits B10 or 11) and Ginza-ichtome subway stations and therefore easily accessible from/to Haneda or Narita. Flat is clean & comfortable and modern with iPad and bicycle left to use. Host was courteous and reactive. It is by no means a luxury pad but is truly a gem for autonomous travellers at a very reasonable price for the location. Note that it is not sound-proof and a distant din is perceptible at all time although it is located on a side road. There is also no view to speak of.

  Interacting with Kaoru san was very easy. Also his advertizing is very accurate. His place is great and the location is perfect in Tokyo next to transportation exciting things to do. I would stay there again and I recommend this place for tourist or business people.

  Kaoru's spot at Ginza was a perfect place for our family. If you love strolling around Ginza it's location is best, 3-5 mins walk to Ginza, 10 mins walk to Yurakucho where you can catch the famous Yamanote line. Subway stations are also very close. The Higashi-Ginza is 3-5 mins away. You can take Asakusa line to Sensoji temple and the Skytree in 10-15 mins. The apartment itself is fully equipped with whatever you need for a living. The washing machine is with English instruction so we used it a lot. Kaoru left us with fully stocked fridge and everything is for free! The adjacent room is an office so I was not worried at all when my 5 yrs old daughter made some noice.I have been to Tokyo many times, most of them I stayed at either Imperial or Peninsula. Kaoru's place beat them in many categories including convenience and prices. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who want to stay at Tokyo central.

  生活感満載で本当に友達の家に泊まってってと言われた感じでした。
  銀座にとんなとこが！
  時間が節約できるのと銀座が我が街のように思えることもオススメポイントです。
