    It’s the morning after ’s opposition leader was attacked by a mob. The current President, never shy of the spotlight, has not said a word. No condemnation, no message of support, no call for unity. It has taken the ex-President to speak out and fill that void.

    Pro-government paper today accuses of supporting terrorism, asking if its new mayor of Istanbul is happy after 4 soldiers were killed by PKK. Daily incitement & vitriol spewed out in government mouthpieces and then vigilante attacks. Not hard to see the link.
