Michigan Islamic scholar Hassanain Rajabali reacted to the killing of Khamenei during a Ramadan gathering at the Islamic House of Wisdom in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, on March 2, 2026, asking why Muslims keep hearing that their leaders are being killed daily while the other side is not. "It will come, don't worry," he said, adding that history shows Islam will ultimately overtake the world. Rajabali stated that the Mahdi will arrive to cut the tentacles of the Rothschilds, the Bilderbergs, the Rockefellers, the Medicis, and the "rest of the gang," whom he described as having viciously penetrated the systems" in a way that is "evil to the core."
The day before, on March 1, mosque imam Mohammad Ali Elahi praised Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and his "martyrdom".
Hassanain Rajabali: "So when we look around and say 'What's the silver lining to all of this?' – that every day we hear this terrible news of one of our leaders getting killed... Why is the other side not getting killed? Why are they not being decapitated? It will come, don't worry. I have read too much history to be convinced otherwise.

"And I know for a fact that Islam is not in danger. In fact, Islam is on a trajectory of the most incredible growth imaginable. It will continue, as promised by Allah, and it will overtake the world, as promised by Allah.
"They talk about it. They say: 'Oh, they talk about this, you know, the return of the Mahdi who will come, and he will establish justice.' Such a Madhi – they are terrified of. Such a Mahdi is going to cut the tentacles of the Rothschilds, the Bilderbergs, the Rockefellers, the Medicis, and the rest of the gang.
"If you look at how they have penetrated the systems, it's vicious, it's evil to the core."
