By train- we are only couple of stations away from CBD!

It is 15min Walk to University of Sydney, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA) there is also dedicated Bus that goes that way and the Bus stop is only 300 metres away!

It is two storey House located on a Sunny side of the street, most room have plenty of Natural Sun light thanks to Large Windows, of course there are venetian blinds on the windows for your privacy.

The ceiling is really high and whole place feels airy and bright.

Property has brand New Carpet, Build In Wardrobes, Paint. So it feels like Brand New.

The house is built from Brick, not paper thin plaster board. Great for privacy for you and your house mates.

Your room has Queen bed, Study Desk and HUGE wardrobe. The wardrobe is very high so you can even store your Suitcase/s there too.
