Read THIS book, NOT her first book

Read my review of the first book. For how bad and simplistic Part I was, THIS book, Part II, is very, very solid in so many parts. She tells it straight to women, pulls no punches.

Describes how women in the midst of an affair (or otherwise "in limbo," as she says) can wake themselves up and get out of a self-defeating vicious cycle, helping both themselves, and, ultimately, their husband/partner too.

Incredibly useful for men to see how women who've cheated get themselves into the resulting limbo and remain there, damaging both themselves and their partners. This book throws cold water on the situation to help show ways out of the rut.

Men and women alike should read this book, whether infidelity is involved or not.

Read both books...men will cringe in the 1st book

I purchased both books on the internet. Woman want revenge and boy do they get it in the first book(you will have an upset stomach and become depressed if you are male). A certain degree of fatalism permeates throughout...there is nothing men can do? All single men should be given this book before getting married. I tried to give a copy to a lady friend currently in an affair and she read one chapter before returning the book to me with a wide grin.."this ruins the fun"! The 2nd book is alot better because it addresses how woman depend on men to make happy which can only lead to unhappiness. Men are the true romantics...end of story

An eye-opener

This book invoked some serious soul searching and offered up lots of insight as to the core issues that lead many women to stray (unrealistic expectations, boredom that creeps in after the wedding is over, self-centerdness, etc.). The approach is "no B.S." and I think women need to hear it that way (no sugar coating) in order to come to terms with the hurt their actions have caused, not just to the husband they have cheated on, but everyone involved in his life. Understanding the "why" is certain to help women not to make the same mistakes over and over. Only then can one break the cycle.

WOMEN'S INFIDELITY-The Flip Side

Women's Infidelity 2 is just as informative as WI(1), possibly even more so considering the author has adjusted her initial feeling of "women want more sex and revenge" , a somewhat slanted perspective in WI(1) . Michele Langley appears to understand the intense, internalized pain that men feel when their wives have explored the "chandelier of sex" when having an affair. Langley realizes that men allow this pain to root and fester for months, years, possibility forever thus achieving the women's objective of "destroying men emotionally" which was presented in WI(1). So men, you think you know and understand your wife? Wrong oh naive one! We men think in one dimension only, that being from A-sex. Women think and plan in 3D from A-Z with provisions for additions or deletions, namely us! Contrary to what men think of themselves as being the dominant species, the women's psyche allows them to think on a broader plain, that being men are expendable, disposable and replaceable! This is presented quite accurately and bluntly by Michele Langley in Women's Infidelity (2). A MUST read for anyone considering or involved in the 'inevitable, hidden mine-fields' of marriage

Best Relationship Advice

I have read tons of books on relationships, however this is the best ever. I gave it to a female friend and she said it sheds an incredible light on how and why women act the way they do. She is amazed at things she never realized about her own thoughts and actions. She is not even done reading and said she must read it a second time. I can't understand why more authors won't give similar advice to women about their actions. Book one explained the man's role in female unhappiness leading to infidelity and this book explains the woman's role. I only wish she would write several more. If you are a man or woman and wish to make your relationship better, these are the books to read.
