(2) When logging on to the website for the first time, a window will pop up for the concertgoer to enter personal information before saving; the concertgoer is not required to enter any information in order to view information on concerts.
(3) The concertgoer selects a concert before selecting the ticket or seating online.
(4) The concertgoer makes payment for the tickets.

Rules for ordering tickets by telephone:
• Courier expenses are payable for telephone ticket purchase. The actual amount will be determined according to the region or membership rules. For specific amount please make inquiry with the customer service staff.
• Tickets will be delivered between 0900 and 1700 hours (except on weekends and public holidays) on the day after telephone ordering is made. Alternatively the concertgoer can specify a date for delivery of tickets (must be within three days of the date of purchase).
• To ensure that concertgoers can promptly receive the concert tickets, and avoid any mishaps that may hamper their attendance, ticket-delivery service will not be available three days before any concert performance.
• Ticket-delivery service is also not available for discounted tickets for students and military personnel.
• Reminder: No refund can be made once a ticket is sold!
Rules for telephone reservation:
• Tickets reserved by members of Shanghai Symphony Orchestra (SSO) Orchestra Hall will be reserved for three days from the date of reservation. Members are requested to proceed to the SSO Orchestral Hall's Ticketing Office to purchase the tickets; otherwise their reservation will be automatically cancelled. No telephone confirmation will be entertained. Example: A member makes a reservation at 10:00 a.m.on July 1.The ticket will be reserved until 6:00 p.m.on July 3.
• Each member may reserve up to 4 tickets only.
• No reservation is available for discounted tickets for students and military personnel. Students and military personnel are requested to bring along their valid documentary proof to purchase tickets at the SSO Orchestra Hall’s Ticketing Office.
• Reservations are not available within 3 days of concert performances.
