What tools do I need to inject this

How the fuck do I inject this piece of shit? It's the only way to ascend, I bought it, waiting for it to arrive. I have no idea how to use needles, not familiar with them at all, can't find any decent information online, and the ones that are make it sound retardedly complicated. Surprised there isn't an injection guide for roids on this shithole tbh

then buy:
1ml syringes with luer lock (not central luer lock though)
18g (gauge) needles to draw the oil from the vial
25g needles to pin the gear into the muscle or
30g needles if you'll pin into quads (there's barely any fat there so you don't need a big needle).
You can use the 25g to draw as well if you don't want to spend extra money (30g takes about 2 minutes to fill the 1ml needle jfl).
