08:11 The resolution issue has been resolved after urgent intervention, and the affected cloud products are being gradually restored.
At 04:04 Alibaba Cloud engineers have preliminarily identified the cause of the domain name resolution anomaly and are currently handling the issue urgently.
The main affected cloud products include Object Storage Service(OSS), CDN, Container Registry(ACR), and Alibaba Cloud DNS(DNS). Alibaba Cloud engineers are taking emergency measures to minimize the impact.
In the meantime, we recommend that you configure your local DNS server to point to 223.5.5.5 / 223.6.6.6 to help minimize the impact on your services.
