This is an illumination event held only in winter at Oi Racecourse (Shinagawa Ward) on “days without horse racing”.
For three consecutive years from 2020 to 2022, it was ranked 1st in Walker Plus' ``Nationwide Ranking of Illuminations to Visit'', and last year it was also ranked 1st in ``Nationwide Ranking of Illuminations to Visit''.
Inside the spacious and open racetrack, you can enjoy various illuminations including a ``fountain show'' and ``100m tunnel of light,'' as well as greetings with real horses such as miniature horses and ponies.
In addition, on specific days, we hold "pony horse riding" and "pony carriage" experience events (limited number of groups, advance reservations required, fee charged *separate from admission ticket), and "fountain x guided horse show".
It is close to the city center, has good access from Haneda Airport (large parking lot available), and is full of restaurants and original goods.

◆ Most of the illumination effects are outdoors, so warm clothes are recommended.
◆ Occasionally, strong winds may blow. Please be careful of ornaments that are easy to fly.
◆ Please note that depending on the situation on the day such as the wind direction, the water of the fountain show may hit you.
◆ The venue is very large, and there are places that involve going up and down the stairs. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
* Wearing cosplay costumes is not permitted.

Horse races will not be held during Tokyo Mega Illumi's operation, so it is possible to enter only for underage guests.
However, children under elementary school age must come with an adult (guardian, etc...).

* On horse racing days, only guests under the age of 20 are not allowed to enter.

Re-entry is possible. If you wish, we will give you a re-entry ticket, so please ask the entrance staff.
When you return to the venue, you can re-enter by presenting your re-entry ticket at the entrance.

Since there are many horses staying in the racetrack, pets are not allowed except for assistance dogs (guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs) from the viewpoint of quarantine.

* Admission on buggies, etc. is also not possible.
* There is no temporary storage for pets.

Both photos and videos can be taken, but live streaming is prohibited.
For customers who are conducting live streaming or for-profit filming without permission, we may ask the staff to stop shooting, delete data, and take legal action.

* When taking photos and videos for personal use, it is also possible to use small shooting equipment (tripods, etc...), but for customers who use large equipment or use equipment under conditions that hinder other customers such as when it is crowded, we may ask you by the staff.
* When publishing photos and videos taken on SNS, etc., please consider other customers' personal information.
* Admission and photography while wearing cosplay costumes are prohibited except when cosplay events are held.
