I think that Jailbird is more than aware of her current defecit. She certainly has acknowledged it publicly, as well as her intention to make good on her promises.
I think that policing her behavior and telling her off for decompressing and having fun with a couple doofy cartoon doodles and actually expressing her own creativity as an artist after a serious sesh of almost a score of professional grade commissions is more likely to contribute to burnout than it is to an acceleration of backlog progress. Burntout people give up instead of meeting demands.
She has a long road ahead of her and she knows it. Why go out of your way to make it more unpleasant for her to follow?

If she had followed advice from her followers throughout this journey, a knowledged them, and not put them off I am sure that she wouldn't have had to make a public journal. Plenty of people, I am sure, would be willing to work as her assistant to answer all of her customers FOR FREE. Falvie has someone to help with her customer influx. I KNOW for a fact how overwhelming it gets, I completely get it. But she's dug herself a hole here. She has angered so many people with how poorly she has handled this over the years.. one public journal isn't going to make people back off until they actively see her making a change. And so far all I have really seen her do is take more commissions, ignore people who want refunds/ask about the status of their commission.. then do stuff like this. Of course I'm ipset.
