Why are you going to homeschool? I always thought I should have been, myself, mostly due to an overabundance of intelligence, and I'm curious as to your reasons.
This probably deserves, like, an essay, but I don’t feel like writing an essay, so here is a really long sentence: while I appreciate the role of compulsory education in making it prohibitively difficult for struggling families to sacrifice the opportunity to develop human capital in exchange for short-term monetary returns via child labor, I do not plan to send my offspring to latch-hook rugs, and from this auspicious baseline believe I can improve upon an overstuffed overregularized age-stratified artificial order-over-output factory farm for mediocre citizenship, even if my sole contributions to my child’s intellectual development were going to be good genes and internet access.
