My beloved friend and cousin Mahera Atiq Imran daughter of General M Atiqur Rahman, Chief of staff of the Bangladesh Army was perfectly healthy and active, with no known health issues. Yesterday 22nd April, during her formal meeting, I heard she mentioned feeling unwell. She stepped out to the washroom and returned shortly after. As she sat down, there was visible discomfort on her face. According to our Bhabi her sister in law and her husband, Imran Bhai, she asked those around her to recite Dua Yunus. She herself also recited it, and after completing the Kalima, her soul returned to Allah.
