A website is not a legal entity.

When you use the service "Facebook.com" you're not actually entering a contract with "Facebook.com" but with "Meta Platforms Ireland Limited." if you're located in the EU.

The idea that a website is dodgy because in its terms of service the legal entity does not match the website's name is flat out retarded.

A quick Google search will show you that My.com B.V. is a subsidiary of the VK group.

Theoretically you're right, but then consider the alternate reality where PPP and Godwinson actually did end up doing this show where they go up against breadtube and take donations while doing it. Godwinson sitting through dono reads once a week, or heaven forbid actually doing them himself, humoring the very segment of the audience for which he has the most disdain. That reality cannot exist. Late night on the fourth day.

The last moonlight of the night hits the blood stained hilt, the neetsamurai looks over to his favorite weapon forged by 7000 thousand of moms tendies and a strong belief in ethics, a bond that was as unbreakable as one between a don and his capo or a master and his jannie. Eons ago they were many and could destroy empires and now... Now they were no more then a few spergs trapped as the evils of the world marched ever closer. Relics of a forgotten age thrown away and left in the dust. For the last of the loyal samurai were trapped like rats as the endless army of paypigs were amassing oustide. For four days and nights had the honorable neets held the stronghold against the savage horde of paypigs. Hundreds of samurai had died in the inital battles before the survivors were forced to reatreat deeper inside copesville.

The first rays of dawn hit the veteran warriors faces and those helish drums sounded once more. They knew that this would be the final day. There was no hope that they would be able to hold out against an army of that size, not alone anyway. Left forgotten by the content creators they once served ment moral was low. Nobody cared of the old ways and nobody was gonna come and save them. But the last flicker of hope remained with the foolish. "Look to my coming at the first sunlight in the fifth day."

The sunlight now poured trough the windows and the paypigs once again tried to breach the final gate.
One of the samurai said: "What can men do against such a relentless mockery of ethics"
Another answered:"They can ride out and meet it"
A few smiles was exchanged between the group as they hardended their grips around their weapons. They were not gonna die like vermin scouring in the shadows. No, with only a few looks and a nod a final charge was decided on.

The gate flew open and the viligant few poured out of the gate with the last strength they could muster and once they reached the actual battlefield beneth the keep it was like time itself had frozen and the sneers and lears of the paypigs were silenced as at the top of the mountain surrounding Felts deep, appeared a figure covered in the shining light with a lit fag in his mouth and with a voice booming like thunder he shouted: "The neetsamurai stands alone" '

An asorted bunch of Blubbery messes appears behind him. "THATS NAAWWWT TRUEEE. GUNTGUARD! For honor!" as they begin rolling down the hill a second figure emerges and with a voice that can only be described as sad and whining shouts: "The day of the dustpan has come the jannies stands with the neets!"
Then last and least a ragtag group of adventures appears and a thin machinist looking motherfucker shouts: "uhmm ya knouw... THE JEWS SHALL NOT REPLACE US BUDDY"

The leading neetSamurai shouts back at the mountain: GODWINSON! YOUR LATE! Again... atleast this time you actually came back! A singular tear streaming down his cheek.
Godwinson answers with a half smile the reverb of the canyon doing most of the work for him: Kino is never late my dear sperg, it arrives exactly when it needs to.

I think the problem is PPP’s whole thing originally was that he was going after people like Nick, Ralph, CRP, Dick, etc for their degeneracy while claiming to be a “pastor” who was spreading righteousness to this side of the internet. Again, there wouldn’t be as much backlash against PPP if he didn’t anoint himself savior in some form. This is why Redbar will always outlast a show like KC. At least Mike David is honest about the fact that he’s a Jew who doesn’t give a shit about White people or Christians, he just wants to laugh at the retards and make some money. Same thing with Jim. I've never said i had any disposition on them for being Russian, anyway i don't really have much more time to look into them so it is what it is for now. I'll save my powers for when KC officially unveils their payment processor and go at it at that. Again it gotta be said even still props to Josh for the disclaimer on how to donate that's really important, it's something KC has never done because they really don't care about the financial info of their paypiggies, and also Josh never used powerchat which should be the main thing people should latch onto. Let's not forget through powerchat the financial info of KC paypiggies is in the hands of AF and the American Glowies. If you guys though have anything on that new payment processor they are planning to release we could look into this together.

I think the only thing that caught anybody off guard as a new development is Godwinson's willingness to go after PPP. By the time he was guest on the Pedmenco takedown stream I would have assumed that he had already accepted that PPP was now a disappointment and from then on he just wouldn't ever have the fire in him again to make a point of it. The rest of what went on in the background, it was practically a given that it would happen. Everybody with a memory of Warski knows it. And it's not even all because Warski did anything. He doesn't have to do anything. The very act of even ALLOWING Warski to even come close to your e-celeb circle is a sign that you have bad judgement and you won't have much longer before Warski eventually helps you prove it.

Warski has not put a single tought trough this... Its processed by paypal specifically paypal pro and that has an option where you can get help with PCI compliance. Where instead of the information being sent to Powerchats servers it goes directly trough paypal without it being hosted on the site itself. Best case scenario is almost what Warski says but trough paypal and even if it went trough google pay, it stocharges 2.9% of merchants. Unless you do some real schizo illegal shit. The creditcard companies don't give a fuck they want their cut.

Warskis reply actually glows. Paypal wants a minimum of 2.9% of every transaction that comes trough. Meaning for every couple METOKURIST MASOCHIST dono that comes trough the site loses hundreds of dollars if they don't take a fee. Its not financially fesible unless... It's a honeypot or Warski is a fucking retard that got his numbers mixed up.

I believe warski that they took 0 fees JUST FROM KC. It was the payment for all the information they took from their paypiggies by the feds. Powerchat normally takes a fee as stated clearly here. So yeah Warski is confirming that they took fed money in the form of not paying fees.

Can I ask you and all others that seem so invested in the fate of the paypiggies? Do you actually care about what happens to the paypigs? In my honest opinion KC could line all the paypigs up, take their money, and execute them and I wouldn't care as long as it was entertaining, in fact I might argue that they deserve such a fate. The true crime KC committed is, like another anon stated, failing to be as entertaining as it could be without a certain stuttering retard.
