    Mehalovich, 36, was previously convicted by the State of Kansas in 2011 on one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and one count of electronic sexual solicitation of a minor 14-16 years of age. Both are felonies, and they are registered as a sex offender in KS.

    ...such activities with minors. To reiterate, we are not aware of the specific charges being levied on Mehalovich by prosecutors, but a major difference in this case is that U.S. Marshals were involved in the arrest, suggesting federal charges. More on this story as we get it.
