Appointed in 2021, Marc led United to four domestic cup finals in four seasons, winning the club’s first major honour in women’s football with the 2024 FA Cup.

During his tenure, United also finished runners-up in the 2022–23 Women’s Super League, securing qualification for the UEFA Women’s Champions League for the first time in the club’s history.

Last season, the team reached its first League Cup final and the quarter-finals of the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
