BALLAD OF GAY TONY no.3 named mission infinite loading screen
After driving to garage and watching/skipping cutscene game just goes to infinite loading screen. I have already tried to low grapchics, but it didnt help. Please somebody help me, i cannot continue this game.

Hanging loading screens are one of the many symptoms of high-FPS; game's old engine was made for the 30 FPS max of PS3/Xbox360; screws up in many contexts above, and certainly above 60.

Manual frame-cap mostly works but best is installing FusionFix AND then still using its frame-limiter that it introduces into the game's graphics options to limit under 60, or even 30 for all FPS issues.
