Brunswick Heads Public School
Brunswick Heads Public School's aim is to deliver dynamic and relevant education that empowers our students to control their lives and promote commitment to responsible action. The school endeavours to empower students to take responsibility for their learning and to recognise that learning is a life-long process. The school has a strong emphasis upon literacy and numeracy, these programs are supported by the Priority Schools Funding Program. The school actively works towards ensuring that all students and their parents have a clear understanding of the student's stage of development in the basic skill areas. Equity programs ensure that the needs of individual students are met in an environment which is safe, tolerant and supportive and a curriculum which is relevant, comprehensive and innovative.

LED Upgrade
The $157.8 million LED Lighting Upgrade Program will install new LED lights in up to 1,000 public schools across NSW. This means reduced operating costs for schools and improved learning environments and outcomes for our students.

Maintenance
To ensure the safety, reliability and longevity of our schools, every school across NSW receives maintenance. The Department undertakes preventative and routine maintenance every year, and repairs as needed. The Department also reviews the planned maintenance program for each school every year and reviews those items that are predicted to require work to help prolong the life of the school buildings and facilities.
