As a special event for this campaign, you can enjoy a talk session by Gagaku Master Hideki Togi (featuring Maki Ogawa, Chief Analyst, Sony Financial Group Inc.) and a live performance.
Furthermore, we will provide an online stream of the archived video of this event to all who purchase the Digital securities and apply for the campaign.

Speaker Information: Hideki Togi (Gagaku Master)

The Togi family is a lineage of musicians that has passed down Gagaku for 1,300 years since the Nara period. While a member of the Imperial Household Agency's Music Department, he primarily played the hichiriki, as well as the biwa, sang, danced, and played the cello. He performed in court ceremonies and Gagaku concerts, and also played a role in introducing Japanese traditional culture and promoting international goodwill through overseas performances.
He debuted with an album in 1996. Beyond classical music, he has opened up new possibilities for Gagaku through genre-crossing collaborations with rock, jazz, orchestras, and more, and through unique expressions that leverage the distinctive qualities of Gagaku instruments, receiving the Commissioner for Cultural Affairs Special Award in 2024.
In 2026, he celebrates his 30th anniversary since debut, with the 30th anniversary album "THE TOGISM" to be released on August 26, and is actively preparing for a nationwide tour starting in the fall.

Conditions for Benefit Eligibility

All conditions for each benefit must be met.

Benefit 1 Invitation to the Event (Talk & Live Performance) in Person

From among those who meet the following conditions, 25 groups (50 individuals) will be selected by lottery for local invitation to the event.

Apply for the campaign via the "Seminar / Questionnaire / Gift Application" screen.
Purchase 5 or more units of the eligible product.

The eligible product is a lottery-based product. The number of units you can purchase will be determined by a lottery conducted by Sony Bank.
If you are unable to purchase 5 or more units based on the lottery result for the eligible product, you will not be eligible for the lottery for Benefit 1, even if you applied for 5 or more units.

The probability of winning the event invitation lottery (multiplier) varies depending on the number of units of the eligible product purchased.

The archive video of the Benefit 1 event will be distributed to all individuals who meet the following conditions.

Apply for the campaign via the "Seminar / Questionnaire / Gift Application" screen.
Purchase one or more units of the eligible product.

Similar to Benefit 1, you may not be able to purchase the eligible product depending on the lottery result.
If you cannot purchase the eligible product, you will not be eligible for Benefit 2.

You can apply for the campaign only once. Application details cannot be modified. Please verify that the information is correct beforehand.

The eligible product is denominated in USD. If you have not opened a USD savings account at the time of the product lottery, or if the balance in your USD savings account is insufficient for the purchase amount corresponding to the number of units won, you will not be selected even if you apply for one or more units.
Regarding the on-site event invitation, if an invited individual declines or if contact cannot be made with an invited individual, additional invitees may be selected using the same selection method.

Method of Contacting Eligible Individuals for Benefits

Benefit 1 Invitation to the Event (Talk & Live Performance) in Person: From October 2026 onward, we will contact the registered email addresses of customers selected by lottery for invitation with information regarding attendance at the event to be held in mid-December 2026.
Bonus 2 Event (Talk & Live Performance) Online Stream: In January 2027 (scheduled), we will contact the registered email addresses of eligible customers regarding the viewing method and URL for the archive video.

Important Notes Regarding the Campaign

Registration is required.
This is a campaign for the "USD-denominated Investment Partnership Finance Digital securities (2026 No. 1)". Purchases of other Sony Bank digital securities or ALTERNA products are not eligible for this campaign.
This campaign may be modified or discontinued without prior notice, including changes to the eligible period and conditions.
Even if conditions are met, you will not be eligible for any of the benefits if Sony Bank determines the transaction to be fraudulent.

Important Notes Regarding On-site Invitation to the Event (Talk & Live Performance)

Winners of this campaign may not be eligible to win other campaigns concurrently.
Entry times and important notes will be provided in the winning notification email sent to invitees. If, after the winning notification, you cannot receive emails due to an error in your registered email address or other reasons, you will not be eligible for the invitation and the email cannot be resent.
Please note that emails may not be delivered due to settings such as domain-specific reception blocking (rejecting emails from PCs).
Winners are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and other related expenses to the venue.
Winning rights cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
On the day of the event, please bring the winning notification email (forwarded emails are invalid) and official identity verification documents that confirm the invitee's name (such as a driver's license or My Number card). If you do not have these, you may not be admitted. Companions do not need to provide identification documents.
Only the invited individual and their companion(s) may attend the event. If the invited individual cannot attend, the invitation becomes invalid. If the invitee or companion(s) cannot attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the Sony Bank Customer Center.
Accompaniment by preschool-aged children is not permitted.

Important Notes Regarding the Online Stream of the Event (Talk & Live Performance)

The stream may be delayed, canceled, or interrupted due to system conditions or other circumstances.
Recording or redistributing the streamed video is prohibited.
Video or audio quality may deteriorate, or the service may become unavailable, depending on your environment, internet connection speed, security settings, and other factors.
Communication charges incurred for using an internet connection to view the stream are the responsibility of the customer.

General Precautions for Digital Securities

There is no guarantee of principal or yield, and there is a risk of loss of principal. Any losses incurred will be borne by the purchasing customer.
As a rule, early redemption or transfer of rights is not permitted, except in cases deemed unavoidable by us.
An active secondary market has not been established, and liquidity may be limited.

Unlike conventional securities, they are not issued or managed by the Japan Securities Depository Center (JASDEC), and settlement methods may differ.
