I love seeing that one because it defeats any argument they could have made about it NOT being pedophilic or that they're not pedophiles. Anyone who says this is too stupid to be talking about these subjects so when I'd see this I'd grab it & never let it go no matter how many times they try to shift the goalpost or if someone else tries to get involved. The BATWT Underage Cosplayer Incident Part 2: The Exploitation of Piper
Since a significant amount of time has passed since June 16th-19th. I wanted to reveal this information, but I decided to wait for a while before revealing this very serious revelation. I want to state that everything I am saying is factually correct and honest to the truth. But in short, to what happened:
A 15-year-old Piper on her previous Twitter/X account (cwnfetti) posted CSAM of herself.
This is an extremely serious claim, which I have verified myself, as I stumbled upon this CSAM of Piper while I was searching the Wayback Machine captures of her previous Twitter account. I first spotted this CSAM around June 17th, and then I started to collect all the Wayback Archive links of this CSAM in order to report it. Around June 18 and 19, I reported this offending content to the NCMEC, FBI, Twitter/X, and the Internet Archive.
It would appear the tips sent to the FBI and NCMEC did nothing that is obviously publicly noticeable. But on the 20th of June, the Internet Archive actually responded to me and took down the offending links that contained the CSAM of Piper. This is a confirmation that what I have been saying is true. On July 14th, when double-checking information, I noticed there were two more links that I missed. Due to that, I submitted another report, which got these two links taken down.
Twitter/X would also respond on June 25th, declaring they "determined that a violation of our Rules did take place" regarding my child safety report against Piper's cwnfetti Twitter account. This is another confirmation that CSAM was indeed posted by Piper.
I have been advised that I can't describe in detail what I saw. But I can tell you that these images of Piper did meet the definitional criteria of CSAM or CSEM. I promise what I stated is genuine and is truthful.
I did manage to screenshot the comments Piper added to the tweets where she posted CSAM of herself. That was the only part of the tweets I screenshotted.
There were some comments on these illegal images I managed to find. And also, it would appear Piper would delete these images at some point. A / A / A
Zeroslost: a fresh 18-year-old. I don't consider his interactions with Piper to be entirely malicious due to this. I noticed he stopped following and interacting with Piper after the Non-Foids GC incident. Apparently he wasn't aware that Piper was an "actual minor."
Kuuhaku: This person is an adult, and they only interacted with Piper on her previous account (cwnfetti). I asked them questions, and they stated they weren't aware of Piper's age at the time and that they blocked her current account (ruffuli) after finding out she was a minor. I did not find any evidence of Kuukahu interacting with Piper's latest account, so I believe he is telling the truth.
Tony Sopiano: Another adult and I attempted to ask him questions on X via DMs, but he unfortunately didn't respond. This person frequently interacted with Piper on her previous account (cwnfetti). I didn't find any evidence of him interacting with Piper's current account. Tony was a member of the Non-Foids GC, though I did not see any screenshots of him being active in said group chat. As of today, he still remains friendly with many of the members of this group chat.
Due to these people replying to this CSAM, this caused the WayBack Machine to archive their replies, which caused another copy of this CSAM to be saved. But I managed to take these archived replies down from the Internet Archive. This wasn't their fault, of course. But these people must have been aware that Piper posted nudes of herself, as proven by their interaction with said tweets.
There was another tweet where Piper was in a risqué-looking swimsuit. I did manage to get copies of this tweet taken down from the Internet Archive as well. This is the sort of material a 15-year-old girl shouldn't be posting for Internet strangers to see. That type of material might be considered CSEM. A / A
On the Wayback Machine for tweets, you can view the data of JSON. This can reveal some interesting information. For this I will use a tweet from April 20, May 17th, and May 24. A / A
From this, we can see what Piper's description for her Twitter account is. I translated the JSON code to be readable, as you can see in these images I provided. Interesting things from this:
Piper describes herself as a novice cosplayer and a female "high school student" at 157 cm (5'1.8").
Her first description has a "lewd warning" but her third version of the description mentions "no NSFW/lewd."
The first two descriptions play into a "little sister" caricature.
She mentions how she is a "girlfailure" and "NEET."
Despite being 15, she heavily panders to lolicons by describing herself as a "certified cute and funny cunniseur" and a "shota lolicon."
The final description says "Prefer 15+ to interact please" which is very interesting, since she is also 15. I interpreted this as her hinting that she is a minor.
I found it very interesting how she described herself as a "high school student." This gives me the impression she is describing what her age range (14-18) was. But I have also been told that in cosplay circles, people would describe themselves as being in high school as a form of roleplay even though they weren't actually in high school or a minor. That is something else to consider as well.
Her final description 100% comes to me as her basically admitting she is underage. Why else would she say she preferred to interact with 15-year-olds? The answer is simple, she was 15 herself and wanted to interact with other minors around her age. This is very likely the truth behind that.
I found it very disturbing how she described herself as a lolicon and shotacon, even though she would have been 15. Such a minor should never be interacting with that sort of material. I did do a deep dive through her previous account, and I did find a lot more material. I didn't find any direct mention where she stated she was underage, but I find hints she made that heavily implied this. Part 3 will go into more detail about this.
It has been over a month since I discovered and reported this illegal content. I wanted to talk about this publicly, but I decided it was for the best to be patient. This whole ordeal is actually serious given how Piper has committed a sexual crime by uploading CSAM and CSEM of herself on the Internet. This material was archived on the Wayback Machine, which I managed to take down via my reports.
All these downplayers who believe everything relating to this whole incident is a "nothingburger." Will probably continue to downplay this, even though Piper has uploaded CSAM of herself on her previous X account. Which makes me wonder what type of material she is posting in private. It's very concerning, and I believe an actual investigation is needed to be done by the proper authorities.
That is why I submitted cyber tips to the FBI and NCMEC about this incident. But given how a month has gone by, I don't believe these tips did anything that is publicly noticeable. Due to this, I believe the only best action is to spread awareness of this serious situation. How a bunch of creeps are surrounding themselves around a minor who has posted CSAM and CSEM of herself. Who knows what type of stuff she has been sending privately?
My best hope is that bringing awareness to this disaster may actually cause justice to happen. What I truly want is to be sure that Piper is no longer being sexually exploited. I already waited and stayed quiet long enough. I want this to be heard, and I want something to be done about this. The creeps that are sexually exploiting her should be punished.
This is not all, as there is more to this post. Even more information shows Piper is being exploited by these disgusting creeps.
Piper's Private Account:
Piper has a private Twitter account, myruffuli (A). This account concerns me as I do not know for sure what type of content is being posted on it. But I do suspect it's the type of content a 16-year-old girl shouldn't be posting of herself. I think it may be plausible she is posting CSEM or material that is borderline. A lot of the creeps who have interacted with Piper have access to this private account, which is extremely concerning. N/A Eclipixie, hharu7, and NixLychee mention the drama, which was covered in Part 1 of this series. On July 20th, the user IbukiArchive describes that "stains" are on Piper's screen, with Buy_Skyrim describing these stains as "cum stains." A / A
Now, this is where it gets outright creepy. We don't know the context, but these replies heavily imply Piper is posting lewd cosplays or general images. Users such as IbukiArchive, Rat King, Zoro, and KaziaNyako mention "butt, thighs," and "feet." Saif posts a "uohhhhh" meme in response to Piper. A / A
These were the latest replies to Piper's private account I could find. Again, the context is missing, so who knows for sure what she is posting? But some of the replies to her posts were extremely inappropriate and should have never been said to a real-life minor. A
Archives For Part 1:
There were many archives I couldn't make for Part 1 due to Piper temporarily setting her main account to private. But since she set her main account to public once again, this allows me to archive more tweets.
Starting with her tweet where she is happy with the creeps who funded her to do a Saba swimsuit cosplay. To which she did post images of herself in his risqué attire for all to see. But she later deleted this tweet. A

This was actually not their only interaction with her. Hachi would post an image of the title of an ASMR porn audio file named "Psycho dad finds out your pregnant & rapes and beats you" and Hachi states he could probably create such content like this. Piper would respond to this with a "huh?" GIF. Hachi, a man in his 30s, suggests he could record this sort of audio with Piper, a 16-year-old. Also, Piper interacted with Hachi's previous Twitter account HinasBackupGuy. A / A
As of today, Hachi's current account, Kokona Archive, is STILL following Piper alongside her private account. A Hachi is one of those creeps that likes to state in his bio he "DNI (Do Not Interact)" with minors, and yet here he is interacting with a minor, such as Piper, a 16-year-old. A
Interesting Crossovers
Piper had a lot of interesting and concerning crossover with many users of note. Such as Davi on his "SisCunnyFan" account alongside his many alternative accounts. He followed Piper alongside her private account on this account among his alts. Davi is the same person who downplayed the Non-Foids GC alongside downplaying Piper's interaction with NSFW content. IbukiArchive, an adult man who stated he was born in 1999, would go as far as to publicly send Piper barely censored hentai on X, which makes me wonder, if he is so willing to do that in public, what type of material has he sent her in private? A / A / A Sleepy, yet another member of the Non-Foids GC, and he has been very provocative at how much of an "OPSEC demon" he supposedly is. Dollie follows Piper, and notably, she has a Fansly account listed in her Linktree. Dollie is yet another person who claims to not interact with minors, and yet she is interacting with Piper, a 16-year-old. This is NOT the type of person a minor should look up to. Idolizing an online prostitute is awful, and it's morally wrong for them to be fine with minors following and interacting with them. A / A
The Drama:
Piper made a fair number of tweets during the drama, and this happened when she had her account set to private. But first I want to showcase a certain type of reaction to this drama. This involves SupGhost (A), who is yet another X user with "Minors DNI" and yet interacts with minors.
In response to Piper being revealed to be a 16-year-old, SupGhost believes Piper is "suitable for pregnancy." When it gets pointed out that Piper is actually a real-life minor, SupGhost would double down. Essentially admitting he finds real-life minors to be sexually attractive. Piper would even respond to his creepy comments. A / A / A
This is where Piper says she will set her account to private. Responding to Marnic_Moura, she believes anybody "making a fuss" about the situation is a "hypocrite." A / A
It seems like Piper doesn't fully understand the situation she was in. She reveals she is autistic and that she is being "ultra harassed" due to all this. For some odd reason, she believes people are trying to make her out to be a "master manipulator." Which isn't true, as the vast majority of people criticizing the situation are saying Piper is a victim. Piper says she "hardly interacts" with her "adult moots," which is something completely untrue. She believes all the people expressing concern that she is being groomed are only doing this due to their "parasocial relationship" with her. A / A / A

Piper misses the point that the Blue Archive community is known for being overly hypersexual, with there being a lot of fan-made NSFW content. Apparently Piper is receiving "death threats" and "weird" messages on her Strawpage. Though, she doesn't provide any examples of such types of messages.

I would like to remind everybody that Piper was born on June 14th, 2010. This section will go over some of her tweets when she would have been 15 years old.
Starting when her followers expressed sadness that her previous account got suspended. But Piper, on her current account, responds by saying she "always comes back." A

Somebody asks Piper if they could buy her cosplays. To which Piper once again mentions she has enough cosplays she wants. Another question where someone asks Piper how she would feel if somebody saved "all" of her photos from her previous account. A reminder: "all" would include the CSAM and CSEM piper posted from that account. A / A
Despite previously stating she would stop posting cosplays, Piper didn't keep to this promise and started to post more cosplays of herself. I have censored the images of Piper with the character she is cosplaying. These cosplays aren't entirely risqué, but I am still censoring them despite that, since it's a photo of a real-life minor.
The comments on these cosplay images are very disturbing and include a lot of "uohhhh" posting, which is inherently a type of sexual and horny posting in these online spaces. Yes, a bunch of lolicons are lusting over a real-life 16-year-old.

Where is the outcry, the acknowledgment, and the condemnation from the lolisho community? Complete and utter silence. I know some of these lolishos are aware this is happening, but it appears they don't care to speak up against it. Closing Statement:
As you can see, this is only Part 2, and there will be a Part 3. The next part will go over Piper's previous X account of cwnfetti. You have already seen snippets of this in the very first section of this post. I wanted to get that information out there since it's extremely important. So, this isn't over yet.
I wanted to show you how Piper, a 15-16-year-old, has been exploited by Internet creeps and how she has been interacting with 18+ NSFW material. Not only that, but she has posted CSAM and CSEM of herself. All extremely horrid stuff that has all been covered up, intentionally ignored, downplayed, or even justified by these disgusting scum that are attempting to downplay this all.
I already stated this before, but the silence is absolutely deafening and is shameful. Only a small handful of people in their sphere actually had the courage to speak up and condemn this. Those who did so did a good deed. But their community absolutely treated them harshly for doing so. Basically anybody on their side who spoke against the Piper situation or the Non-Foids incident was defamed and pressured into silence. Absolutely shameful, and it's all a disgusting cover-up.
There are still those on their side who still have the opportunity to finally bring more awareness to this situation. But I believe most may be scared to risk their reputation and connections by speaking up because of what happened to those that did. Either that, or they are intentionally complicit in the downplaying. Or maybe they haven't been made aware of the situation yet. Either way, this is time for those who can speak up to actually do so.
I believe on the lolisho side they are terrified of this concept of "giving ammo to the antis." By this I mean they don't want to publicly speak against terrible misdeeds in their communities done by fellow lolishos. Because doing so will vindicate the "antis" aka the enemy's side.
So, what they feel they must do is resolve the issue in private and attempt to cover up any public mention of it. Of course, this isn't always possible, so in that case, they begin their cover-up campaign. Tactics such as ignoring it, discrediting and shaming those who are bringing awareness to the misdeeds, downplaying or justifying it, and, of course, engaging in whataboutism and trying to distract everyone's attention to something else.
The irony of their attempt at covering it all up actually makes the situation way worse, and there is the Streisand effect as well. The cover-up makes them look complicit and guilty. So, in their attempt at covering the misdeed up as a way to not give the "antis" ammo, they indirectly are giving the "antis" far more ammo than the alternative of them not covering it up at all. At least in the alternative, they could explain how they condemned and called out those for engaging in the misdeeds, but they can't do that since they were complicit in the cover up and downplaying of the misdeeds.
So congrats! The downplayers' attempt at damage control can only work in the short term and not the long term. This is the consequence of doing such a cover-up. I want people to not forget about this. Spread the word about this. Shame on those who continue to downplay and cover this up.
To those on their side who actually had the courage to speak against the Non-Foids GC and the Piper incident, thank you for actually staying true to your principles.
I hope this post of mine has shown you more context about this situation. As I said, this is only part 2, so it's not the full context, but I hope this post will spread more awareness of how serious a situation this is. It's not a "nothingburger" as those who downplay it like to say.
