This is a soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who posted a photo of himself on Facebook wearing a patch of the 5th SS Panzer Division "Wiking".
This Waffen-SS unit participated in the Holocaust on the Eastern Front, including in Ukraine.
To remove any possible doubt about his ideological sympathies, he also has a giant tattoo of the Nazi eagle on his body.
