KYIV — Russia and Ukraine exchanged punishing strikes Friday. Ballistic missiles ripped apart a defense industry exhibition outside Kyiv in a rare daytime attack, killing at least 10 people and injuring close to 100 — raising questions and accusations over the decision to openly hold such an event as Moscow rains down missiles on Ukraine.
