I created one on Saturday and it worked. Since creating an account thru the PlayStation website isn’t working, you’ll need to create a Sony account, specifically at https://www.sony.com.tr/mysony (I recommend using a translator). After that, you need to go to PSN (it works both on the console itself and on PC) and sign in with the account you created on SONY (don’t create a new account on PSN); after that, you’ll most likely be sent a verification code by email. After that, it will ask for your personal information (you can enter your real details, no problem), and then it will ask you to enter your city, province, and postal code. I set everything to Istanbul with postal code 34000. Next, it will ask you to choose a username, read the terms and conditions so you can accept them, and that’s it—you have your Turkish account
PD: The Indian account is generally cheaper than the Turkish one, although there are games that are cheaper in the other region.
Nice, I will try this. Indian is about 15% cheaper than Turkish yes and a Ukrainian account even slightly cheaper than an Indian account. And the ultimate combination is to have both an Indian and a Ukrainian account.
How are you able to buy games on an Indian account though?
I can confirm this! The Indian account is cheaper, and even the Ukrainian account for PS Plus Deluxe is a steal.. it costs about $57 a year. I'm from Chile, and in my country it costs $149, VAT included (here in Chile, under VAT law, games and subscriptions are subject to an additional 19% of their value).
And referring to the other thing... For some reason, I can pay directly with my credit card, whether thru the website or on my PS5, and I can even top up my wallet. The important thing is that my credit card has an international credit line in US dollars (in addition to Chilean pesos), and my bank automatically converts any purchases into dollars, no matter the currency. It’s been useful to me both on my Indian account and on my Ukrainian one
