What is Raijin?
Raijin is an independent Steam analytics database. We track active player counts, review scores, prices, wishlists, and sales estimates for thousands of games, and we keep the history. That last part is the point: instead of one live number, you get the trend behind it, so you can see how a game's audience grew, spiked at a sale or a major update, and where it stands today.
Measured + estimated
Some of what we publish comes straight from Steam: concurrent players, review counts, store prices. Other figures can't be read off Steam at all. Copies sold, revenue, and total owners are estimates, built from public signals and calibrated against the sales studios actually report. We try to be upfront about the difference: every estimate carries a confidence level, and our methodology walks through the signals behind each number.
