The West Has Fallen and Billions Must Die are catchphrases often used together in memes parodying unsuccessful but resentful supporters of alt-right politics. The phrase "billions must die" (also "millions must die") references the concept of depopulation, a deliberate reduction in the human population size which theoretically pursues making human life on Earth more sustainable. The phrase sometimes also implies ethnic cleansing, carrying a racist sentiment. The phrase has been brought up as part of discussions pertaining to the Great Reset, having been misattributed to the executive chairman of the World Economic Forum Klaus Schwab.[1]
The phrase "the West has fallen" references the Great Replacement conspiracy theory, which claims that a "global elite" aims to replace the white population of Europe with non-European peoples. The phrase has been used on 4chan's /pol/ and other imageboards, as well as on mainstream social media, in contexts of discussions pertaining to immigration policies of European countries and other countries with predominantly white populations.
Starting in mid-2022, the phrase "billions must die" became widely used among alt-right and far-right posters on Twitter. For example, on August 28th, a collection of several tweets with the phrase was posted in the subreddit /r/TheRightCantMeme,[2] with the post gaining over 1,100 upvotes in four months (two tweets shown below, left and right).
In September 2022, the phrase achieved association with Chudjak, a Wojak character meant to represent resentful supporters of alt-right politics whose anger is allegedly rooted in their involuntary celibacy and general life dissatisfaction. For example, on September 13th, 2022, Twitter[3] user @CzechSchizo posted a version based on the Live, Laugh, Love mantra, with the tweet gaining over 50 retweets and 500 likes (shown below, left). At that time, an unknown Soyjak.party[4] imageboard user posted a Chudjak wearing a shirt reading "billions must die," with the image being spread on the imageboard and later outside of it (shown below, right).

Starting in mid-September 2022, more Chudjak memes paired with versions of the phrase were posted on Twitter, iFunny and other social media websites. For example, on September 14th, iFunny[5] user HighFiveGhostOfKiev posted a Wagie version of the meme that gained 10 smiles in three months (shown below, left). On October 19th, 2022, Twitter[6] user @euradvok posted a meme that gained over 20 retweets and 270 likes (shown below, right).
By early November 2022, Chudjak gained an association with the "the West has fallen" catchphrase. For example, on November 6th, Twitter[7] user @Chydayeen posted a meme that gained over 150 retweets and 1,600 likes in two months (shown below, left). On November 24th, Twitter[8] user @burettosama posted a meme that accumulated over 130 retweets and 1,000 likes in one month (shown below, right).
In December 2022, both phrases were used in conjunction with the Chudjak meme, most notably on Twitter.

It's really ironic that these people want a totalitarian police state that will supposedly leave "white" people alone while killing and deporting all the "brown" people. Do these people really think a dictatorship will leave them alone just because they're "white" and Christian? What if they decide that Catholics can be killed off or vice versa with another denomination? Did we not learn anything from the 20th century killing fields of Nazism and Communism?

Also look at News in Africa… they are talking about "normal stuff" you'd expect from a functioning nation… like enabling internet access to more remote nations, how to handle unemployment and unemployment benefits, how to deal with healthcare and retirement, etc.

Africa is also transitioning into getting out of just exporting raw resources and rather to process and manufacture domestically and then export finished products, but this transition will take many decades. But many African students that studied in Europe and America are now returning and helping to build up the local economies.
Literacy is also improving. At least for young generations born now you can be decently sure they are at least able to read and write. Africa's literacy rate is now at 66%, with about 0.5% more literacy per year.
It's not a hyperboom like China was, but it's a steady climb up, with a few setbacks along the way. But overall 2 steps forward for every step back.

I wouldn't say everything, but a considerable amount of border instability and ethnic violence from the 20th century to now can be chalked up to this glaring fuck-up by long dead European expansionists.

You'll note that people from poor and/or rural background who would benefit most from a social welfare system tend to vote right where as people from cities and/or midle to low upper class tend to vote left. And this doesn't apply just to the US this happen everywhere.

You'll note that people from poor and/or rural background who would benefit most from a social welfare system tend to vote right where as people from cities and/or midle to low upper class tend to vote left. And this doesn't apply just to the US this happen everywhere.

It's the "grass is always greener" mentality. These are the kind of people who feel they have no agency in their lives, through no fault of their own of course, and that in their dream authoritarian utopia all of their problems will be fixed and they will prosper. Unsurprisingly, most of these people are functionally terminally online NEETs whose grasp on reality is tenuous at best.
Little do they know, like you pointed out, they'd be just another expendable asset who'd probably be liquidated in a purge, a war, an industrial accident, or a famine the second they stopped being an accident.

Remember Slavic and gaelic people were consider "non white" less then 100 years ago. Hell I would been seen as mixed race despite me being very light skin.

Also with lower classes I think it has to with "safety" and middle class I think it has to do how some "liberals/left wing" get angry that some of their ideals get challenge by real world experiences and go to the other side without any critical thinking/self reflection.

It does seem that even if all the nonwhites were to just magically disappear tomorrow, these people would likely find something else to blame and come up with some bullshit reason to do so (something as small as how they hold table utensils for example).
But honestly, I get the feeling that such a plan wouldn’t work out in the long run regardless. Say all the nonwhites go away, leaving the entire Planet to the whites. If they spread out across the globe again, you would likely have some people’s skin start to get darker again as some of them are gonna be living in areas that the sun shines more often
