you know i was a die-hard past tense adherent for the longest time but then i tried present tense for a VN and i found out that i like how it reads a lot more. i think it helps enhance the sense of interactivity when it's written as though things are happening now, not merely being recounted

as a smut writer i find it very annoying that there isn't a word for "groin" or "crotch" that doesn't sound like "groin" or "crotch"
