The Playback feature allows you to view recorded videos stored in the dashcam. Available options vary depending on the dashcam type and connection status.

1. Online Camera (Cloud Connected) The dashcam is actively connected to the cloud. You can remotely access recorded footage through both the FLEETA app and the web viewer.
2. Offline Camera (Cloud Disconnected) The dashcam is registered to the cloud but is currently disconnected. Since it is not connected to the cloud, you can access playback by connecting to the dashcam via Direct Wi-Fi using the FLEETA app.
Once the dashcam reconnects to the cloud, you can remotely access recorded footage through both the FLEETA app and the web viewer.
3. Activation Required Camera The dashcam has cloud connection information configured, but has not yet been activated through the app. You can access playback by connecting to the dashcam via Direct Wi-Fi using the FLEETA app.
4. Cloud Unregistered Camera The dashcam is not registered to the cloud and operates as a local camera connected only via Wi-Fi in close proximity. You can access playback by connecting to the dashcam via Direct Wi-Fi using the FLEETA app.
💡 Note: Cameras of types 2, 3, and 4 are not connected to the cloud, so playback is not available on the web viewer. Video access is only possible through a Direct Wi-Fi connection via the FLEETA app.
