Kiwifarms is a backbone of the Internet in that it's the only proper archive for lolcow antics and e-celeb drama. There are so many YouTubers who wouldn't be able to function without it.
However, it made two obvious mistakes
1 they tried to play internet policeman
2 they alienated everyone
If you're going to poke around the dirtiest corners of the net, screwing with dangerous psychopaths who have both the will and the skill to shut you down, you'd better have some good friends.
Unfortunately for them, they've been systematically pissing off just about everyone online aside from the sharty and radfems, both of whom have no power or will.
If Kiwifarms does shut down, whoever opens it's replacement needs to make three rules.
1 No pissing off people in infrastructure
2 No moralfaging, it's not the responsibility of autistic retards to regulate public morality by doxxing randoms
3 If it's a crime, take it to the police
And, if there were a fourth rule it'd have to be,
4 No Null
Without court order or reasonable excuse, the Kiwi Farms has been blocked by major DDoS mitigation services, incl @Cloudflare, @RETNnet, @voxility, @path_network, @ZayoGroup, and others.
This means when criminals attack our network, we go down. This is what @eastdakota wanted.
