So my boyfriends (18) aunt (36) works at a liquor store. For as long as we can remember dating 4 plus years back she has been purposely damaging alcohol and tobacco items to take them home with her im talking entire boxes of vapes and lighters stolen at once. Now over this time she has collected quite the stash and when i say this i mean the entire basement is filled with alcohol bottles of every shape, type, and size of alcohol bottles. Now this is the same basement my boyfriend lived in and never touched a single one of her bottles (which ANY other teenager would have) hes moving out (into my house) and shes pissed off that shes losing her slave child. hes moving out so young because the trauma this kid has gone thru in that house is genuinely heartbreaking. she has been flipping out locking him out of the house telling him he cant get his stuff until shes there with the police she has on top of that been harrassing us in text messages and saying disgusting things even talking on my mom who DIED when i was 14. im 18 now. shes called me disgusting names came for my weight and even told me i look like a transgender man.. thats literally her. i look nothing like a man bro😭 shes threatened to physically harm us calling me scared (shes over 300 pounds im not even 110 and 5’2) because i tried to deescalate an argument THAT SHE STARTED with her nephew (my boyfriend) i was doing it because im simply the bigger fucking person somehow in this situation. not because i was “scared” didn’t even know i had to be in that moment 😭 NOW HERES WHAT WE KNOW MAY BE WRONG but is it ILLEGAL.. knowing the context that she stole all of that alcohol would it be against the law for us to pour it all out and or break them.!? thank you!! :) location: is hammond indiana by the way!!
