Viola
More actions
Viola is a second-year student at Akiha Girls' High School and a member of Fairy Bouquet.
Background
Viola was formerly part of a utaite-turned-streamer group called LaLaLaLa Girls (ららららがーるず) together with Arale (as "Erea"), Ritsu (as Clematis), an unnamed fourth girl and their leader Utami, where she took on the gimmick of "everyone's little sister". At some point after their group became affiliated with an agency, Viola began to resent Arale and hatched plans to ruin her reputation. Utami eventually left the group and Viola was appointed their new leader, which allowed Viola to enact her true plan of restructuring the group's direction.
After some time, Viola fabricated a video defaming Arale and isolated her, succeeding in driving her out of the group, while threatening Ritsu to remain silent on the matter. This caused Arale and Ritsu to distance each other, the former fully oblivious to Viola's involvement even until this day. She and Clematis both eventually joined Fairy Bouquet, where she continued to taunt and pressure Clematis while looking for opportunities to harass Arale even further.[1][2][3]
Appearance
Viola has waist-length dark olive green hair and vintage vogue-colored eyes. Some of her hair is tied up into a bun on the right with a length of hair left. She has a black "X" clip and two white clips; one line-shaped and the other being triangle-shaped.
Personality
On the surface, Viola is a girl whose neat and lovely presence naturally catches the eye. Behind her gentle smile, a quiet elegance blooms.[4][5] However, in reality, Viola is an abrasive, narcissistic and selfish girl, being comparable to Sadaharu in this regard, as she has no qualms of antagonizing people purely out of pettiness. She perfectly blends her schemes and hostility beneath her facade, yet it doesn't stop her relentless mockery of Clematis.[2]
Etymology
Viola (ビオラ) refers to the flower of the same name. In the language of flowers, the meaning of the viola flower is "sincerity" and "small happiness."
