Then there is the VAC forum full of accounts who claim they did not cheat yet are banned. VAC is working as intended as 33 of your friends who have a VAC ban can testify.

Dude, post your complaints about a game in that game's forum.

I'd guess these days the cheaters are far more advanced than the old VAC system, yes it gets updated but the cracks are way more advanced.. hell they can now hack with hardware that's undetectable..

I avoid all online games these days its not fun anymore.

The first over-attributes losses to external causes ("everyone cheats").

Were there suspicious demos?
What rank is this?
Were any players later VAC banned?
Is the player actually misreading legitimate mechanics?

Instead, both jump straight to a complete explanation.

It's almost symmetrical:

"I lose because everyone cheats."

vs.

"You lose because you suck."

They're mirror images. One protects the ego by blaming the environment; the other protects confidence in the game's integrity by blaming the player. Both are identity-preserving narratives more than evidence-based arguments.

What i'm noticing is less about Counter-Strike and more about how internet arguments tend to polarize. Once someone takes one extreme position, the response often swings to the opposite extreme, and both sides end up arguing from assumptions instead of investigating the specific case.
