Being a minor does not excuse you from contractual obligations you (or your parents on your behalf) agreed to when creating this account. Cheating is against the Steam Subscriber Agreement, see section 4.

It is funny that you brought up jokes, because most of us are here for a laugh. Specifically at you, and those like you. At how miserable the ban makes you all, and we didn't have to cheat to get that rush.

If you’re serious about this, your topic is completely detached from reality.
On top of that, you haven't even deemed it necessary to read the FAQ in the last three years.
To me, both of these things are signs that it is absolutely crucial your ban remains in place.
