    Works great for a while. The battery life if you want the cooling effect is not great. I use this in an enclosed warehouse setting where temperatures can get to 100+ degrees Fahrenheit. The fan is great with cooling, the airflow is effective, and it leaves you feeling refreshed. I was only able to get about 3 and 1/2 hours out of this neck fan with lowest cooling. That's about less than half my shift. Noise level is medium, but I'm wearing hearing protection, so I barely hear it. Weight is nice and light, I can wear it without it getting annoying. Really the battery life is the worst part. Otherwise does a great job of keeping you cool.

    Edit: It's been less than a week and the item has already broken. I'm not rough on this thing, I lift parts onto a table so I engage my neck and shoulders sometimes.

    I loved this product's airflow and how well it kept me cool. The ice packs that wrap around the entire neck were a great feature. Unfortunately, after only three weeks of use, the rubber around the neck broke and completely detached from one side of the device. I had to return it, which was very disappointing. While it works well, it's not well made and doesn't seem durable enough to withstand the normal wear of putting it on and taking it off. The price value and durability don't match.

    I tried this product for a couple of days when I got and I liked it at first but I weared it all day on Monday and it broke at the end of the day it's a good device but it has been weak at the rubber part well you put it around your neck and I was testing the battery out but I couldn't cuz it broke at the end of the day it's an awesome device and made me comfortable throughout the day battery your life was 12 to 16 hours depending on what job you were doing
