What exactly were you even acquiring here? Not to be snarky, certainly not the intention . luminara had a massive implosion , it has no talents, it wasn’t a talent agency, it wasn’t doing too much for events near the end, what exactly did you even purchase? Why “purchase” it to rename it or integrate it? It makes zero business sense. Why does this need to be absorbed into your company Solaris? What’s the play here?
