This is the most likely way for you to be refunded, COINS WILL NOT COME FROM THESE UNSENT ORDERS EVER so please refund if possible
The problem with this is that money was taken so long ago that most banks will not proccess a chargeback, Novel needs to start handing out refunds themselves not push the responsibility onto the consumer.
Apparently 540 days from purchase date is the longest limit. More typical is 120 days from the latest promised delivery date. Default and automated systems will automatically reject for purchases less than 30 or 60 days.
So everyone has to call and provide evidence of everything.
