The place was a little hard to find in Tivoli Village (just ask for directions to David Bartons Gym, and then head to the 3rd floor instead of the 2nd). Overall it was a pretty easy process, I dropped off my hard drive that had stopped working and they overnighted it (for free) to their labs. Within a day they had gotten back to me with an estimate, and it only took a few days after that to recover my data.
