Shapiro was bragging back in 2011 when he published "Primetime Propaganda" that he was able to blend in throughout Hollywood because he was Jewish and wore a Harvard hat. He was writing for Breitbart at the time.
Dude was embedded and connected in the industry. If he really was hyping manuscripts, they must have had zero appeal, so he went the BPC route and staked his claim in political commentary. Chances that he can actually pen something worth reading are low.
Anyone that still uses "based" unionically is a...(offensive military slur). Same goes to the people that still post the 'trump election screaming woman' pic on their thumbnails.
