Outstanding Service & Exceptional Dedication

I couldn’t be more impressed with the team at Safeguard Global. From start to finish, their customer service was excellent — responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful at every step of the process.
What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond when we were working against a tight deadline. Rather than simply telling us what couldn’t be done, they found solutions, kept us informed throughout, and delivered exactly what we needed on time. That kind of commitment is rare and made a real difference for our business. A special shout out to Ashleigh Graham and Mugdha Dadlani.

Safe Guard EOR services

The Safe Guard team were polite, supportive and helpful throughout my entire process.
They are one of the oldest providers of an EOR service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to use them for the same.

Service failure after sales

We researched several options before moving forward with Safeguard Global. Their sales process was very responsive and easy to work with, but as soon as we signed a contract their legal and implementation has been absolutely appalling. Poor communication, weeks between email replies, unexplained fees slapped on in legalese (the latest one is an additional $6K USD). Our employees transitioning to live and work overseas have been in limbo for several months now, which has been stressful for everyone involved. Safeguard has been operating at a snail's pace and there is no end in sight. Maybe they provide better service to larger companies and don't care as much about the smaller ones? We absolutely made the wrong choice with this company. Would not recommend.

Ashleigh Graham was exceptional…

Ashleigh Graham was exceptional throughout the entire EOR process. She was professional, knowledgeable about Safeguard’s services, and incredibly responsive from day one. We were working under a tight timeline to hire an employee in the UK within approximately three weeks, and she fully understood the urgency.

Ashleigh went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place to meet our hiring deadline, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. Her hands-on approach and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence throughout.

We’re looking forward to working with Safeguard’s operations team and hope to see the same level of service and dedication that Ashleigh consistently delivered. Thank you!

Safeguard - partners par excellence. Ashleigh- the icing on the cake

Working with Safeguard has been a delight. As an HR practitioner, the smoothness and efficiency of the employee experience are, of course, paramount - but not the be all and end all. With EOR’s compliance to regulations - often complex and manifold given the many countries we operate in, cost effectiveness, transparency, process quality, responsiveness, all this becomes equally critical. Safeguard wins points on every dimension! I HAVE to mention the Safeguard team’s commitment at this point - and more than anyone, Ashleigh Graham’s stellar professionalism and work ethic … *chef’s kiss*! Ashleigh has that rare ability to leave one with a sense of reassurance that “everything will be alright”. No matter how complicated the process, how tricky the ask, how impossible the demand - she listens with patience and responds with clarity and honesty. If a demand cannot be met she will say it like it is - unapologetically professional. If a demand *can* be met she will make sure it’s done, in the timeframe she committed to. She is a true “partner” to HR, and does it all with such a pleasant, ‘human’ touch.

My experience with Safeguard Global has been very positive. The team is responsive, well-organized, and demonstrates strong expertise in managing international employment and payroll processes. Communication is clear and timely, making complex topics much easier to handle.

A special mention to Ashleigh Cramman, who stands out for her deep knowledge, exceptional responsiveness—even on weekends and late hours—and highly proactive approach. Ashleigh Graham made the experience

We had a great experience working with Ashleigh Graham throughout our decision process with Safeguard. From the very first interaction, she stood out with her professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

What really made a difference for us was how quick she was to respond, no matter the question or concern, Ashleigh always got back to us promptly with well thought-out answers. That level of attentiveness gave us a strong sense of trust and confidence, especially during a process where timing and clarity are so important.

Beyond just being fast, her communication was consistently excellent. She explained things in a straightforward and transparent way, made sure we understood all aspects of the offering, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she focused on building a genuine dialogue and ensuring that the solution was the right fit for us.

Her proactive approach and ability to keep things moving forward smoothly played a big role in our decision to move ahead and sign with Safeguard. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a high level of customer care.

Reliable Service

Safeguard offers good service and provides solid, helpful advice. Their support is reliable and since they also have german speaking key account managers, also topics that are difficult to manage in english language can be disucssed.
The ticket system in case of questions concerning country based data takes some time, so there would be some room for improvement.
There is an online portal for all tasks, where there is to possibility to adjust a lot in self service - but as an improvement an online library with the fact sheets for all countries would be very helpful. The support sends the fact sheets on request, but a single and searchable library would be great.

Service oriented EOR

Excellent EOR that we have been using for the last two years. They have excellent platforms for managing employees, but what really makes them special is the people I interact with.
They really make the effort to provide an excellent service and go the extra mile to exceed customers' expectations. Thank you Vanessa Imhoff, Tarannum Jamadar, and the whole team!

Absolutely the worst experience

Absolutely the worst experience. Unresponsive, incorrect calculations, sloppy work. We will never use this company again and I strongly advise anyone interested in working with this company … look at someone else. They don’t seem to know what they are doing, it’s taken over a month to resolve a simple question and it’s still not resolved.

Unreliable Recruiter Mariam Chkhikvadze…

I was contacted by Mariam Chkhikvadze from Safeguard Global Projects regarding an interesting job opportunity. At her request, I selected a time slot in her calendar and prepared for the interview.

Unfortunately, the interview was cancelled only minutes before it was scheduled to begin. When I followed up to ask about rescheduling, I received no response at all.

This experience comes across as highly unprofessional and disrespectful toward a candidate’s time and preparation. At the very least, clear communication or a brief update would have been appropriate.

Based on this interaction, I have decided not to engage with this service provider in the future. Professionalism and reliability are essential in recruitment, and unfortunately, this was not demonstrated here.
