Privacy Policy

These public legal documents explain how ZenAI handles access, account activity, and service expectations.

Information we collect

ZenAI may collect the name or display name, email address, username, password authentication data stored in secure forms such as hashes, contact details, support messages, and information generated during registration, sign-in, invitations, account settings, and security verification.

To provide the service and settle billing, we may process API key identifiers, request times, model names, token usage, charges, balance changes, order numbers, payment status, transaction identifiers, necessary payment-channel responses, device and browser signals, IP addresses, sign-in records, risk-control records, and error logs. We generally do not directly store complete card numbers or similar sensitive payment credentials; those are handled by payment providers under their rules.

When you use AI model routing, text generation, image generation, or other interfaces, the system may process prompts, input files, request parameters, response status, model outputs, upstream errors, and operational logs. Do not submit personal, confidential, or regulated data that you are not authorized to process.

How we use information

We use personal information and service data for registration, sign-in authentication, account security, API access control, model routing, quota deduction, subscriptions and orders, notifications, customer support, troubleshooting, billing reconciliation, and service improvement.

We also use operational data for risk control, abuse detection, content safety review, fraud prevention, audit records, compliance responses, and to satisfy laws, regulatory requirements, or valid legal process.

Storage, protection, and retention

ZenAI stores data only for as long as needed to provide the service, billing, security, audit, and compliance. Account, order, usage, log, and risk-control records are retained according to business and legal needs; after they are no longer necessary, we delete, anonymize, or otherwise process them reasonably.

We protect data through access controls, least privilege, encrypted transmission, credential protection, log auditing, backups, and internal authorization management. No internet service can be absolutely secure; if an account or API key is exposed, rotate the credential and contact us promptly.

Sharing and processing by service providers

We do not sell personal information. We share or entrust necessary data only where required to provide the service or permitted by law, including cloud infrastructure, databases, caches, payment channels, email or messaging services, risk and security vendors, customer support, audit and compliance providers, and upstream AI model providers.

When you call third-party AI models, payment services, or identity services, request content, usage metadata, order information, or account identifiers may be sent to the relevant provider. We require partners to protect data under contracts, platform policies, and applicable law.

Your rights and choices

Where applicable law allows, you may request access to, copies of, correction of, supplementation of, or deletion of personal information, and may request withdrawal of consent, account closure, restriction of certain processing, or information about our processing rules.

You may update some profile data in the account console, delete or rotate API keys, stop using the service, or contact us at hello@zenadorn.com or Telegram @ZenAI_Code for data-rights requests. To protect account security, we may require identity verification before access, correction, deletion, or account closure.

After account closure, we stop providing account services and retain only records needed for legal, accounting, security, dispute, and audit purposes. Personal information no longer requiring retention will be deleted or anonymized.
