I say this as an anime lover, there are so many creators that have produced questionable content that can be legitimately called out. Kei IS NOT ONE OF THEM. She has created a world with diverse representation and the best depiction of black culture I can recall in an Anime or Manga. It’s done respectfully, she is open about her inspirations, and the black anime community loves her for it. I can’t help but think that she being a real one is a driver for so much of the trolling.
