A conceptual comparative study via structural mapping of Digital Identity Optimization (DIO) and Ontology of Digital Identity (ODI) in relation to Baudrillard, Derrida, Laclau & Mouffe, Barthes, Rovelli, Zurek, and QBism. This line of inquiry also tested adjacent trajectories, including approaches shaped by Einstein’s legacy, and showed that not every physical framework is compatible with the epistemological bracketing required by DIO/ODI. Beyond offering a new comparative perspective on DIO/ODI, this work also contributed to the mathematical formalization of the DIO/ODI relational framework, providing a more precise tool for future theoretical and applied analysis of digital identity in the infosphere.
