On July 6, 2026 — the same day this documentation was published — APF Canada's VP Research & Strategy called for Canada to deepen its defence, energy, and strategic partnership with South Korea.
The article cites Korea's "democratic alignment." It contains zero reference to KWDI 2020 data. Zero reference to three Korean film festivals' zero-policy findings. Zero reference to the legal architecture that suppresses reporting in the pipeline those cultural ties run through.
CMPA CEO Reynolds Mastin wrote about the same Korea relationship in the same season. "Vibrant cultural heritage." "Unlock exciting possibilities." GW submitted pipeline documentation to CMPA in February 2026. No response.
Same analytical gap. Two institutions. One posture.
