Amazon Resale offers returned, warehouse-damaged, used or refurbished products that are in good condition as well as food and beverage items with close expiration dates at affordable prices.
- Products other than food and beverage items and Amazon Devices that are returned (including those returned after use) or warehouse-damaged and do not meet our "new condition" criteria are labeled as "resale items" and are offered at low prices. Resale items are listed as "used".
- Food and beverage items with close expiration dates are sold as "resale items" and are offered at low prices. These items are listed as "new".
- Amazon Devices that are returned (including those returned after use) or warehouse-damaged and in good condition will be treated as “resale items” and offered at affordable prices. Resale items are listed as "used".
Items sold by Amazon Resale qualify for the same services provided to items sold by Amazon.co.jp, and also qualify for Amazon Prime shipping as long as they are eligible. Amazon Resale items are shipped by Amazon.co.jp.
Items, shipping methods and return policies are same as orders on Amazon.co.jp, but as there are no pre-orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any item. Note that the item cannot be replaced nor exchanged. See here for more details on returns.
All resale products except food and beverage items can be purchased from the Used link, and food and beverage items can be purchased from the New link. Item condition and expiration date of each product are displayed under product details.

Condition Details
There are four types of conditions for damaged items sold at Amazon Resale (excluding food and beverage items and Amazon Devices): "Like New", "Very Good", "Good" and "Acceptable". We do not sell items that are not in working order or have packaging not strong enough to protect the products. You can see detailed condition of the items by clicking Used Item on the item's detail pages.
Warranty
Items may come with a manufacturer's warranty depending on the condition of the item, such as those returned in unopened boxes. Please note that in some cases, the warranty may not be applicable despite having a warranty card included.
Amazon Devices - Used
Used Amazon devices are not accompanied by Amazon Limited Warranty but do receive a 30 day money-back guarantee from Amazon. In addition to the General Condition Guidelines, the following guidelines apply:
- Used - Very Good: Very minor cosmetic imperfection(s) on the item.
- Used - Good: Minor cosmetic imperfection(s) on the item.
- Used - Acceptable: Small cosmetic imperfection(s) on the item associated with regular use.
