How do you evaluate a product's condition?
>> All of our products go through a quality check by us prior to being sold. We test the condition of each item with our severe criteria and give the product a specific grade before selling it. Based on our quality check, each item (excluding food and beverage items and Amazon Devices) will be assigned one of the four evaluations to describe its overall condition: “Like New”, “Very Good”, “Good”, and “Acceptable”.
How can I understand a product's condition?
> ### Food & Beverages, Beauty, Health & Personal Care >> Food and beverage products handled by Amazon Resale are classified as “new” and are sold as resale products (listed as “new” on the screen, with the expiration date specified on the product page). Specifically, foods and beverages with 14 to 45 days remaining until the expiration date are sold. For rice, instead of an expiration date, products that have been stored for up to approximately 60 days from the milling date are sold. Please note that items with packaging damaged in the warehouse, items returned by customers, or items past their expiration date are not sold by Amazon Resale. By clicking on "New Offers" on the product page, you can check the specific expiration date, allowing you to shop with confidence.
> ### Amazon Devices >> Amazon devices handled by Amazon Resale are classified and sold as “Used - Very Good,” “Used - Good,” or “Used – Acceptable” based on the condition of the packaging and the product itself. Items with packaging that cannot withstand shipping or products that are so damaged they are deemed non-functional are not sold by Amazon Resale. You can check the detailed condition of each item by clicking on “Used Offers” on the product page.

>> Used – Good: An item in good condition that may show wear from moderate use and fully functions. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or be repackaged. It may have minor cosmetic damage, such as a small scratch. The item may be missing some valuable accessories and it may not be used until those accessories are purchased separately. Missing accessories are shown under individual item description.
>> Used – Acceptable: An item may have clear signs of usage but still serves its main function. Item may arrive with damaged packaging or be repackaged. The item may have cosmetic damages on it or show other signs of previous use. Signs of usage can include scratches, dents, and worn corners or edges. The item may be missing some valuable accessories, components or spare parts, and it may not be used until those parts are purchased separately. Do products sold on Amazon Resale come with a manufacturer's warranty?
>> Items may come with a manufacturer's warranty depending on the condition of the item, such as those returned in unopened boxes. Please note that in some cases, the warranty may not be applicable despite having a warranty card included.
Does the Amazon Device Limited Warranty apply to Amazon devices sold by Amazon Resale?
>> No, Amazon devices sold by Amazon Resale are not accompanied by the Amazon Limited Warranty. Additionally, they are not eligible for extended warranties or other warranties for products sold by Amazon or its affiliates. Returns and refunds are possible within the return period for non-defective or undamaged items (within 30 days of delivery). If the device is damaged or not functioning properly, please contact Amazon Customer Service for troubleshooting assistance.
How can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
>> Your Amazon Resale purchases are covered under Amazon's Returns Policy. Just like with any Amazon purchase you make, if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you can return the item in accordance with Amazon's Returns Policy. Since each item at Amazon Resale is unique due to its nature, we unfortunately will be unable to replace any item with its exact same condition, but we might have a similar item in stock, so don’t forget to check!

>> Yes. Since we specialize in used, pre-owned, or open box products, we can't predict future availability for any specific item, so check back often and order quickly.
Can I make a reservation or ensure availability of stock?
>> For products sold by Amazon Resale, reservations or assurance of stock are not available, unlike products typically sold by Amazon.co.jp.
