Terms of Service
1. Use at your own risk
PalantirX is a third-party automation script for Deepwoken on Roblox. Roblox prohibits exploits in its Terms of Use. Account suspension or termination — including Hardware-ID bans — is a possible outcome. We make no guarantees of safety, undetectability, or longevity.
2. No refunds
All key sales are final. Refunds are not issued for bans, detection events, gameplay updates that break features, server-side patches, Luarmor downtime, or buyer dissatisfaction.
3. No resale, sharing, or transfer
Your authentication is bound to your browser fingerprint and the device that completes this flow. Sharing your key with another person, reselling it, or distributing the script payload to third parties terminates your access without refund and blacklists the associated fingerprint network-wide.
4. Fingerprinting & data collection
By authenticating, you consent to PalantirX collecting and storing: a passive browser fingerprint (FingerprintJS visitorId derived from your canvas, audio context, screen, fonts, timezone, and other ambient browser signals), your TLS handshake fingerprint (JA4 / JA4H computed server-side from the client-hello packet), your User-Agent string, your IP address (logged only, never used for blacklist matching), and the timestamp of this agreement. This data is used solely for abuse prevention and key-share detection.
5. No warranty
The script is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The operators are not liable for in-game losses, account damage, hardware bans, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use.
6. Compliance & revocation
The operators may revoke your access at any time, with or without notice or cause. Reverse-engineering, redistributing, or attempting to bypass the auth flow itself terminates access immediately and triggers a network-wide blacklist of all associated fingerprints.
7. Children and jurisdictions
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. PalantirX is not directed at children under 13 (or 16, where applicable). If you are below the age required to consent to data processing where you reside, you may not use this service.
8. Acceptance
Checking the “I agree” box and submitting this form constitutes your binding agreement to these terms. If you do not accept any part of these terms, do not proceed.
