Start by going to API Platform and sign in with your account.

2. Create an API Key
After signing in, open the API Key management page to create your own API key.
3. Open Chat / Agent Apps
Once your key is ready, go to App Centre and open the Chat / Agent Management application.
4. Enter the Key and Choose a Validity Period
Inside the chat application, paste your own API key and choose the desired key validity period. After that, you can start using chat and agent features.
If you already created an API key, you can go straight to App Centre and open Chat / Agent Apps to continue setup.
