How Did This Person Reach No Name Peak During the Tikaboo Peak Closure?
I recently came across a new video that appears to have been filmed from No Name Peak overlooking Groom Lake and Area 51. Based on the visible perspective, several viewers familiar with the area have suggested the footage was shot from No Name Peak rather than Tikaboo Peak because of the viewing angle and the visibility of features on the base.
What has me curious is that Tikaboo Peak and the surrounding closure area were reportedly closed to public access earlier this year under a temporary Bureau of Land Management closure affecting nearly 23,000 acres. The closure has generated significant discussion within the Area 51 and aviation enthusiast communities.
Video in question:

My question is simple:
How did this individual reach No Name Peak during the closure?
Did they find a legal route that avoids the closed area?
Were they granted some form of permission or exemption?
Is there a publicly accessible approach that remains outside the closure boundary?
Or did they simply take the risk and hope not to encounter enforcement?
What is interesting as well is that He is Using a drone to overfly Tikaboo Peak. I would have thought this was restricted as well. This Video was dropped yesterday and it puzzles me on How this person got up there without being detected. I am sure they were however during the time he was there there should have been some sort of response from the Base right? Very Puzzling indeed.
I'm interested in hearing from anyone familiar with the current closure boundaries, access routes, or the regulations surrounding the area. This isn't meant to criticize the person who made the videoć‚ am genuinely curious how they managed to reach what appears to be No Name Peak when public access to the area has reportedly been restricted.
What are everyone's thoughts?
