you are partially correct, why is it that we continue playing this game which is infested with cheaters? i really dont know, ive been a CS player for over 20 years now, i have alot of friends IRL and in game which ive been friends and played with over 15+ years, i guess we still play because we just dont want to give up and leave the game to cheaters, CS is a amazing game, but without the cheaters, what makes CS disgusting is not the way the game is designer, the mechanics or the graphics, its the lack of cheat detection, i guess we dont hate the game, we hate that there is soo many cheaters in it.

arghhh no buddy, if VAC works as it is intended, it would detect the cheater on that very game hes cheating give an instant cooldown/ban. All servers are "VAC" protected, the problem is that VALV doesnt have anyone constantly updating the database or keeping up with the cheats which are always being updated, hence VAC can only instantly pick up cheats from many years ago and not any current paid cheats.

This was the result of a bunch of investigation that benefited from user reports. Thank you.

You can't beat cheaters when its just a job for millions of people around the world, they kick them out and they're already making new accounts.

No, that is nowhere near how VAC works. If it was then everyone would be banned from the game irregardless of if they are cheating or not

you and i need to not do anything apart from report those players, its VAVL job to update their VAC to detect cheaters, at this point VALV VAC is a joke, it cant even detect spinbotters who have played 100+ games spinbotting.

so griefers who use cheats to spinbot and move up the cs rating ladder are just griefers ? L0L, those are cheaters, theyre using cheats to grief buddy, regardless, why does VAC not detect someone using those cheats to grief and spinbot ?

you dont know how vac or report system works, reporting players drops their trust factor, vac detects cheats, spinbotters maybe griefing but ultimately theyre using cheats to aimbot+wallhack+radar hack which are all cheats. VAC does not detect them at all, its useless.

You are correct, VAC never intended to detect anything other than installed cheats. Spinbot is a keybind, not an installed cheat, therefore it has nothing to do with VAC
