I don't get involved in that sort of trading, I follow the Warren Buffet model good solid companies with solid history and good figures, and look for something where the shares a bit depressed , but the dividend is strong.

Just a note: Yes you SHOULD CARE about Boomer retirement accounts...Why? You ask?...Because, this helps keep aging Boomers independent and not hardship on their younger relatives, it funds nursing home stays, it funds a Boomer's ability to help their children, it keeps them from returning to the workforce, and it is likely to pass on an inheritance for later generations...It also, is the template you want intact for yourselves and your children...
